Cole Slaw


The cole slaw can be made a day or two in advance as well. The dressing will last at least a week in the fridge.

  • 2 cups of mayo
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 cup of white vinegar
  • 1 tsp yellow prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup of milk

Stir or if you make it in a jar with a lid shake well. Now just shred the head of cabbage and 1 carrot in a large bowl, and add enough dressing to flavor and mix well.
